I struggled with my weight for years.  In 2001 I learned how to control it.  A picture is worth a thousand words.  The right weight loss knowledge was worth 30 pounds to me (actually 35, I had to gain 5 pounds back).

I wrote a book called A Few Bites a Day: My Weight Loss Success Story.  In it I describe the specific sources of knowledge that enabled my success.  It’s available on Amazon.com.

I called my book A Few Bites a Day because it only takes a few bites of food each day to make the difference between success and failure.  After reading it, you can figure out that eating only 100 calories a day more than you need – about one cookie – can add 10 pounds a year.

I hope this helps!
