Free Book Offer

Google gave me $100 of free advertising.  I thought I would use it see how many books I could give away.

For a FREE electronic copy (Adobe .pdf format) of my book, A Few Bites a Day: My Weight Loss Success Story, send an e-mail to seth.mcmenemy@gmail.com with “Free Book” in the subject line.  I will reply back to you with my book as an attachment.

It’s a short book.  21 pages.  Most people read it in less than 2 hours and learn something they can use for the rest of their lives.  I keep a copy handy as reference and often read it again when I start gaining weight to remind myself of where I’ve drifted.

I feel most diet books should go on a diet.  They’re too fat.  They have 100 – 200 pages of fluff to keep their publishers happy.  I kept my story short to focus on the key information that turned the scales for me.

The information in my book isn’t new or a fad.  Most of it isn’t mine, though some of it is.  My success is based on well accepted methods of weight control – physics, biology and eating right.  I give credit to the others who provided me the information that made the difference.  I wish I would have known this stuff sooner.  Instead, I relied on myths that were making me fatter.

It’s the short story of how I learned how much I should weigh and then learned how to get to that weight and stay there (going on 9 years) by eating right and exercising to meet my goal.

Read it.

Please, let me know what you think about it.

Share it with others.
